About the Role
We are hiring an
Office Assistant (Receptionist cum Admin)
to join a leading pharmaceutical company in Dubai on a
6-month contract
(12 PM - 8 PM shift)
.
This role will act as the first point of contact for employees and visitors, ensuring smooth office operations and a positive workplace experience.
You will provide administrative and reception support while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely distribution.
- Oversee visitor management, including access control, badge issuance, and reception activities.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling, document filing, and record management.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate inventory replenishment.
- Support office operations, projects, and data entry across systems.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security procedures, including First Aid and Fire Marshall responsibilities.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
