What You’ll Do
As a Receptionist, you’ll be the face of MVP LAB and a key support to daily operations and events.
Front Desk (Main focus)
- Welcome clients and manage check-ins / walk-ins
- Answer calls, WhatsApp messages, and general inquiries
- Support bookings, payments follow-ups, and front desk operations
- Keep reception standards high: organization, cleanliness, smooth client flow
- Coordinate with coaches and operations to ensure a great customer experience
- **Events Support (Birthdays, Corporate & Other)**
- Support the team before, during, and after events
- Assist with guest flow, timings, and overall on-site coordination
- Help with basic setup and breakdown when needed
- Versatile role:
- depending on business needs, you may support other departments/tasks.
Schedule
- Shifts based on operational needs:
Opening / Closing / Swing shift
- **Saturday & Sunday are working days**
- **1 day off per week**
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude, strong communication, and customer-first mindset
- Organized, reliable, and team-oriented
- Experience in reception / hospitality / events is a plus
- Fluent in English (French or Arabic is a bonus)
