Overview
Medical Rehabilitation Center required **Reception/ Registration lady**
Arabic speaking preferred
Reception & Customer Service
· Greet visitors and patients, determine their needs and guide them accordingly.
· To answer queries and to provide information directly to the person or on the telephone.
· To carry out relevant tasks & assignments as required and requested by immediate supervisor/management.
· Book appointments and follow up appointments according to the patient request.
· Quote for products and services
· Handle patient complaint in a timely manner, takes notes and seeks superior’s assistance if the complaint cannot be solved within the department.
· Update the shift checklist and make sure that all the tasks are completed.
· Be updated about the accepted insurance cards in the hospital/clinic.
Registration
· Handle patient registration, eligibility checking, insurance verification and billing process accurately.
· Make sure that eligibility checking and registration done before that session.
· Assign the correct therapist in records to the patients.
· Maintain accurate and organized records in compliance with clinic standards.
· Provide administrative support to medical staff and ensure smooth clinic operations.
· Prepare patient file and required signatures.
· Follow up on all the pending cancellations of registrations.
Cashier
· Attending Customer as they arrive at the cash counter.
· Provide customers with information on totals and ask if they would like to pay by card or cash.
· Ensuring the patient is billed as per the insurance card (co-payment/uncovered services collected from patient)
· Prepare reports of cash received, session balance
Patient Coordination & Schedule
· Responsible to prepare, assign and modify the schedule of therapist and patient transportation.
· Schedule, manage, and confirm patient appointments, ensuring an efficient booking system.
· Follow up with patients for appointment reminders, feedback, or necessary updates.
· To report on time to the shift and be flexible to move to another area if needed.
Shall be flexible to change duty timing based on organization need.
· Ensure appointment schedules are adhered to with minimal or no waiting times.
· Call patients as soon as the information is given that therapist will be late or has an emergency case and appointment to be rescheduled accordingly.
· Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
· Prepare other reports as per requested by management.
Marketing
· Creating Posts and take pictures and video
· Daily advertisement on social media
· Monitor google reviews
· Contact Leeds & Perform visits as per management request
· Arrange & Attend events
Perform other duties as assigned by the managements.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per hour
