Role Description : Receptionist

Emiratis/UAE Nationals only.

Visitor Management: Greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors to the appropriate person or office.

Front Desk Coverage: Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.

Administrative Support: Scheduling appointments, Ext..

Mail Distribution: receiving , Sorting, and distributing daily mail, packages, and arranging courier service ,

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • **Communication:**
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • **Organization:**
  • Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
  • **Technology Proficiency:**

Experience

  • with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), office equipment (printers, fax machines), and phone systems.
  • **Professionalism:**
  • A friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.

Education

A high school diploma

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties for managing calls and welcoming guests professionally.
  • Strong Clerical Skills, including scheduling, filing, and data entry tasks with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, visitors, and staff.
  • Proven Customer Service abilities to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.
