Main duties
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally in line with the restaurant's high standards.
- Handle bookings and accommodate special requests or preferences.
- Oversee seating and table assignments to maintain an organized flow during peak hours.
- Strive for consistent service quality and guest experience.
- Liaise with front-of-house and kitchen teams for seamless service and clear communication.
