- Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen, bar, and floor for a seamless guest experience.
- Lead by example with a calm, hands-on presence and strong attention to detail.
- Foster clarity, collaboration, and continuous growth within the team.
- Plan and execute daily work to maintain ROKA standards.
Candidate profile
- Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager in a luxury, high-volume restaurant or similar.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine love for culinary experiences and passion for Japanese cuisine.
- Bring pace, presence, and precision in a fast-paced environment.
- Be friendly and customer-oriented, with skill in creating memorable dining experiences.
