Main duties
- Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and maintain consistency.
- Coordinate the kitchen, bar, and floor for a seamless guest experience.
- Lead by example with a calm, hands-on presence and attention to detail.
- Foster team clarity, collaboration, and continuous growth.
- Maintain restaurant standards through planning and daily execution.

- Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager in a luxury, high-volume restaurant or similar.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
