ROKA is a contemporary Japanese Robatayaki restaurant collection and part of the Azumi group.
Main duties
- Provide attentive, personalized service, anticipate guest needs, and respond promptly to requests.
- Deliver dishes accurately, with attention to presentation.
- Keep the dining area clean and organized; set and reset tables to a high standard.
- Maintain consistent service quality and guest experience.
- Coordinate with front-of-house and kitchen teams for seamless service and clear communication.
