About ROKA
ROKA is a contemporary Japanese Robatayaki restaurant collection launched in London in 2004, with venues in the Middle East.
ROKA is part of the Azumi collection.
Main duties
- Provide attentive, personalized service, anticipate guest needs, and promptly address requests.
- Deliver dishes accurately and with attention to presentation.
- Keep the dining area clean and organized, and set and reset tables to a high standard.
- Maintain consistent service quality for guests.
- Coordinate with front-of-house and kitchen teams for seamless service and clear communication.
What the role requires
- Proven waiter experience in a luxury, high-volume restaurant or similar.
- A genuine love for culinary experiences and a passion for Japanese cuisine.
- Ability to work in sync with a large team.
- A friendly, customer-oriented approach and the ability to create memorable dining experiences.
