The Assistant Manager supports guest experience and service standards at Zuma, a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection inspired by Izakaya dining.
Main duties
- Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures, providing guidance and support during shifts.
- Conduct daily briefings in support of the Restaurant Manager on procedures, team assignments, and service goals.
- Maintain consistent service quality and guest experience.
- Evaluate guest experiences and implement service improvements.
- Assist in planning and delivering structured training to develop the team and maintain high performance.
