The waiter supports guest experience and the restaurant’s service standards.
Main duties
- Provide attentive, personalised service, anticipate guest needs, and respond promptly to requests.
- Deliver dishes accurately and with attention to presentation.
- Keep the dining area clean and organised; set and reset tables to a high standard.
- Maintain consistent service quality and guest experience.
- Coordinate and communicate with front-of-house and kitchen teams.
What the role requires
- Proven waiter experience in a luxury, high-volume restaurant or similar setting.
- A genuine love for culinary experiences and a passion for Japanese cuisine.
- Ability to work in sync with a large team.
- Friendly, customer-oriented approach and skill in creating memorable dining experiences.
