About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Manager to lead and grow our real estate portfolio in Qatar.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving property sales and leasing, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the real estate division.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Qatar real estate market, excellent negotiation and leadership skills, and a proven ability to generate revenue while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires someone who can build strategic partnerships, expand the company's market presence, and contribute to long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase property sales, leasing, and overall business growth.
  • Generate new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of residential, commercial, and investment properties.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, investors, corporate clients, and government entities.
  • Lead and manage the sales and leasing team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Conduct property market research, pricing analysis, and competitor assessments.
  • Negotiate sales, leasing, and commercial agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Manage property listings, client inquiries, viewings, and closing processes.
  • Identify new investment opportunities and strategic partnerships within the Qatar real estate market.
  • Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare business reports, sales forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Leasing, or Property Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Qatar real estate market is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue in residential and commercial real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of the Qatar real estate market, property laws, leasing regulations, and market trends.
  • Experience managing sales teams and developing business growth strategies.
  • Strong network with developers, property owners, investors, corporate clients, and real estate agencies in Qatar.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License is Mandatory.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is Mandatory.
