Information Technology Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's IT strategy, technology roadmap, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage and oversee passive networking, structured cabling, active networking, switching, routing, wireless infrastructure, and connectivity solutions.
• Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of servers, storage systems, virtualization platforms, cloud services, and data center infrastructure.
• Manage IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, system availability, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Oversee the implementation and support of integrated IT solutions, enterprise applications, and customized software platforms.
• Ensure optimal performance of all hardware, software, networks, and IT services across the organization.
• Manage IT projects, system upgrades, technology deployments, and infrastructure expansion initiatives.
• Lead IT procurement activities, vendor management, technology evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor IT budgets, technology investments, licensing, and operational costs.
• Lead and develop the IT team while ensuring high-quality technical support and service delivery.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, Systems Administration, or Technology Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong experience in passive networking, structured cabling, LAN/WAN, routing, switching, wireless solutions, and network security.
• Hands-on experience with servers, storage solutions, virtualization, cloud platforms, backup systems, and disaster recovery environments.
• Experience managing integrated IT solutions, enterprise systems, and custom software applications.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, firewalls, VPNs, endpoint protection, and data security best practices.
• Experience in IT project management, technology deployments, and vendor management.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft, VMware, ITIL, Security+, CISSP, or equivalent are highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
