The Retail Manager will be responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of the company's retail outlets, ensuring exceptional customer service, sales growth, profitability, inventory control, and brand standards.
The role requires strong leadership and a customer-focused approach to drive retail success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of retail stores and showrooms.
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and implement retail growth strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels and stock replenishment.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate retail sales teams.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends.
- Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
- Handle customer complaints and operational issues effectively.
- Prepare retail performance reports and forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of retail management experience.
- At least 3 years managing multiple stores or showrooms.
- Proven track record in achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in inventory management and retail operations.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Proficiency in retail ERP and POS systems.
- GCC retail experience preferred.
