About the Role
The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) is responsible for leading the company's commercial strategy, sales performance, business development, marketing, customer growth, and revenue generation initiatives.
The CCO will drive sustainable business growth, strengthen market position, and oversee the development of strategic partnerships across Qatar and the GCC.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's commercial growth strategy.
- Lead sales, business development, marketing, and customer relationship functions.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Identify new markets, products, and business opportunities.
- Establish strategic partnerships and key account relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
- Develop pricing strategies and commercial policies.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance metrics.
- Lead and develop high-performing commercial teams.
- Present commercial performance and growth initiatives to executive management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of commercial leadership experience.
- At least 7 years in a senior management or executive role.
- Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth.
- Strong experience in B2B sales, business development, and strategic planning.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- GCC market experience is highly preferred.
