Role Description
The Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
The position is responsible for ensuring that construction works meet required quality standards across different project phases.
Day-to-day tasks include site inspections, checking works against drawings and specifications, and identifying any quality issues or non-conformities.
The role also involves preparing QA/QC reports, supporting documentation, and coordinating with project teams, contractors, and consultants to resolve issues.
The engineer will help ensure that work is delivered in line with project requirements, regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Basic knowledge of quality control and site inspection in construction projects
- Understanding of quality assurance processes and project documentation
- Awareness of construction standards, drawings, and specifications
- UAE experience is mandatory
- A good command of English is essential
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work with teams and communicate clearly on-site
- Basic reporting and documentation skills
