Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in QS, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field)
- Proven experience in MEP Quantity Surveying within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
- Experience with cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and site coordination
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Immediate availability is a plus
