Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Estimation Engineer role based in Dubai.
The Estimation Engineer will prepare cost estimates, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and pricing for interior fit-out projects across commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, and mixed-use developments.
Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and specifications, obtaining and evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotations, coordinating with project teams to clarify scope, supporting tender submissions, identifying value engineering opportunities, and updating estimates based on design revisions.
Qualifications
- Experience in estimating and pricing interior fit-out projects.
- Proficiency in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and interpreting architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with estimation software is an advantage.
- Prior UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.
