Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Project Engineer at Eleanor Projects.
The Project Engineer will be responsible for coordinating and managing high-end residential villa projects, including project planning, engineering, and execution.
Day-to-day tasks include overseeing contractors, consultants, and designers, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
The role demands detailed monitoring of projects to meet quality standards and ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of proven experience managing projects valued at over 20 million AED
- Extensive background within Fitouts, renowned design studios, or consulting firms
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture from an accredited institution
- Proficiency in creating submittals and managing document control
- Ability to lead and coordinate with diverse teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English is required
