Leads and coordinates QA across assigned products and projects, providing advanced software testing expertise.
Supports reliable and timely digital delivery through test execution, consistent QA practices, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead QA activities and improve testing frameworks, standards, tools, and practices.
- Design automation and performance frameworks for scalability, maintainability, reuse, and CI/CD integration.
- Review and approve test strategies, plans, cases, designs, approaches, and reports.
- Use AI-enabled testing to improve test design, automation, defect analysis, coverage, and efficiency.
- Mentor QA Engineers and Senior QA Engineers and address complex testing challenges.
- Work with security teams to understand findings and support validation activities.
- Monitor quality metrics and maintain complete, traceable testing evidence and documentation.
- Produce quality dashboards and reports covering defects, coverage, automation, performance, risks, and outcomes.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Six to eight years of relevant work experience.

Skills and competencies
- Software quality assurance, functional testing, automation testing, performance testing, and testing frameworks.
- AI-enabled testing, CI/CD integration, quality metrics, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of security and penetration testing concepts.
- Analytical problem solving, attention to detail, communication, and quality mindset.
- Adaptability, technical aptitude, planning, prioritization, collaboration, and teamwork.
Key deliverables
Improved QA frameworks, standards, tools, and testing practices.
Automation and performance frameworks with documented results, bottlenecks, trends, and recommendations.
Reviewed test plans and reports with adequate coverage, traceability, and quality.
AI-enabled QA use cases, quality dashboards, and complete auditable QA documentation.
