The Training Operations Specialist coordinates and supports day-to-day training program and course operations.
The role ensures smooth execution and coordination among trainees, trainers, and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate training courses, schedules, and calendars.
- Communicate schedules, updates, and training requirements to trainees and trainers.
- Coordinate venues, materials, attendance, and other training logistics.
- Support training programs from planning through completion.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and related documentation.
- Follow up with trainees and trainers to support smooth delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to support academy operations.
- Manage multiple training programs and operational tasks simultaneously.
- Support daily operations and resolve scheduling or logistical issues as needed.
- Assist with training reports and program progress tracking.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational, operational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Good attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Interest in Training Operations, Learning & Development, or Academy Operations.
