Seeking a qualified Electrical QAQC Engineer for large EPC projects involving 380kV GIS substations and OHTL projects.
Work covers Saudi Energy transmission and substation projects, including BSP, OHTL, and substations from 380kV to 525kV.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 10–12 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control for large EPC projects involving 380kV GIS substations and OHTL projects.
- At least 10 years of direct inspection and quality-control experience on Saudi Energy transmission and substation construction projects.
- Experience with electrical work, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Thorough knowledge of project quality procedures, ITPs, material inspections, documentation control, and applicable standards.
Preferred qualifications
- Saudi Energy-approved QAQC Engineer status is preferred.
- ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Carry out quality assurance and quality control activities for large EPC projects involving 380kV GIS substations and OHTL projects.
- Inspect and control the quality of construction activities on transmission and substation projects.
- Cover electrical installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Apply project quality procedures and inspection requirements, including ITPs and material inspections.
- Control project quality documentation and ensure compliance with Saudi Energy standards and international quality requirements.
