Full-time Purchasing Officer / Driver role in the UAE.
The role purchases construction materials and supports material collection and delivery to company project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase construction materials, tools, equipment, and other required items.
- Receive material requirements from site teams and arrange purchases.
- Source suppliers, collect quotations, compare prices, and negotiate rates.
- Place orders and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Visit suppliers, hardware shops, and building material stores as required.
- Collect materials and deliver them safely to project sites.
- Drive the company vehicle for purchasing and delivery duties.
- Check material quantities and specifications before collection and delivery.
- Maintain records of quotations, invoices, receipts, and purchases.
- Submit invoices and receipts to the Accounts Department.
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in construction material purchasing or procurement.
- UAE construction industry experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction materials and local suppliers.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Valid UAE manual or 3-ton driving licence is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of UAE roads and locations.
- Hindi or Urdu language ability is an advantage.
- Immediate joining is preferred.

Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person in the UAE and includes supplier visits and project-site deliveries.
