The Assistant Marine Manager supports marine operations, fleet logistics, and technical procurement across marine projects and vessel maintenance schedules.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily fleet operations, project schedules, and shipyard activities to support timely completion of tasks.
- Source technical spare parts, safety gear, and shipyard materials.
- Manage marine logistics, transport, and vessel delivery schedules for equipment and crew.
- Support marine operations, team coordination, and vendor relations.
- Maintain records of purchases, inventories, and operational budgets.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in marine operations, marine logistics, or ship repair administration in the UAE.
- Strong background in marine technical purchasing and vendor management.
- Good communication, team management, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Pay
- Pay is AED 5,000–8,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
