Manage and supervise on-site construction activities.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with approved standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Dubai Municipality approval and a valid SOE card are mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, Dubai Municipality regulations, and local authority requirements is required.
- Proven experience in site supervision, project coordination, and contractor management is required.
- Ability to review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and method statements is required.
Quality and Coordination
- Experience in quality control, safety compliance, and inspection procedures is required.
- Strong coordination skills with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities are required.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities efficiently is required.
- A UAE driving license is preferred.
Compensation
- Salary is negotiable.
- The stated pay is AED 1.00 to AED 2.00 per month.
Work Location
- Work location is in person.
