Mobinweb is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman with proven UAE villa construction experience.
The role supervises finishing activities, site teams, subcontractors, quality, safety, efficiency, and schedule performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily finishing activities on villa construction projects.
- Manage and allocate manpower to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams to maintain workflow.
- Monitor workmanship against approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct inspections and coordinate final snagging and rectification works.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and company requirements.
- Monitor progress and report delays, material requirements, and site issues.
- Coordinate the sequencing of different finishing trades.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of UAE experience as a Finishing Foreman.
- Mandatory experience in villa construction projects.
- Practical knowledge of tiling, marble and stone works, painting, gypsum and false ceilings, waterproofing, joinery and carpentry, aluminum and glass works, doors, and architectural finishes.
- Knowledge of final snagging and rectification.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Experience supervising laborers, subcontractors, and multiple finishing trades.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain quality, safety, productivity, and timely completion standards.
- Ability to work under site pressure and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Candidate
- Hindi or Urdu language proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of UAE villa construction, high-end residential finishing, and site coordination is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–AED 7,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
