Role Overview

Role purpose
Oversee operational procurement and supply chain activities across C2i-owned food and beverage concepts.
Ensure uninterrupted supply of food, beverages, operating supplies, equipment, and services while maintaining quality, food safety, and cost efficiency.
Own day-to-day purchasing and supplier relationships; Corporate Procurement retains governance, sourcing strategy, tendering, contracts, and supplier framework agreements.
Purchasing and suppliers
- Lead daily purchasing across multiple restaurant concepts and procure food, beverages, packaging, operating supplies, and small equipment on time.
- Consolidate purchasing requirements, monitor supplier KPIs, maintain supply continuity, and identify alternative suppliers for critical categories.
- Develop approved supplier relationships, coordinate product evaluations and menu trials, resolve shortages, and conduct supplier reviews.
Inventory, coordination, and compliance
- Monitor outlet stock, optimize inventory, minimize waste and stockholding, and reduce food costs through purchasing efficiencies.
- Analyze purchasing trends and market prices, recommend savings, and coordinate requirements with culinary, restaurant, operations, finance, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- Partner with Corporate Procurement on sourcing and onboarding; comply with procurement policies, maintain records, support audits, and ensure supplier food-safety compliance.
Reporting
- Prepare monthly purchasing reports, report food-cost trends, monitor supplier KPIs, track savings, and forecast purchasing needs.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 7–10 years of procurement experience, including at least 5 years in hospitality or F&B procurement.
- Experience supporting multiple restaurant concepts and using ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, FMC, or similar.
- CIPS or equivalent procurement certification is preferred; UAE hospitality experience is preferred.

- Negotiation, food category knowledge, supply chain planning, inventory management, cost analysis, and vendor management.
- Communication, advanced Excel and reporting, ERP systems, problem solving, and stakeholder management.
