Manages supplier sourcing and purchasing of medical supplies, office materials, equipment, medications, and other items needed for medical center operations.

Purchasing and suppliers
- Identify and maintain reliable supplier relationships, obtain and compare quotations, and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare purchase orders, obtain management approvals, and monitor stock and departmental purchasing needs.
- Ensure timely delivery and verify items against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve purchasing or delivery issues.
Records and compliance
- Maintain purchasing records, supplier information, invoices, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate invoices, payments, and outstanding balances with Finance.
- Ensure medical products meet applicable quality, regulatory, and facility requirements.
- Prepare purchasing reports and maintain documentation for internal audits.
- Perform other procurement-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Requires at least two years of experience as a Medical Purchase Officer.
- The posting specifies Al-Ayn as the required location.
