Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and coordinate departments to maintain efficient workflows and meet operational requirements.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure adherence to procedures, quality standards, healthcare regulations, health and safety, and infection control requirements.
- Identify operational issues, recommend solutions, and escalate significant concerns to management.
- Prepare operational reports and updates for management.
- Monitor supplies, equipment, and other operational resources.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Quality, and other departments.
- Assist with implementing policies, procedures, and improvement plans.
- Monitor patient service standards and support patient satisfaction improvements.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Previous operations experience, preferably in a medical center or healthcare facility.
- Strong organizational, leadership, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and operational standards is an advantage.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 1.00 per month.
