Clinical responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical, cognitive, sensory, and functional abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and medical conditions.
- Provide interventions to improve mobility, coordination, strength, balance, and daily living skills.
- Help patients develop or regain independence in dressing, eating, bathing, writing, and other daily activities.
- Provide rehabilitation for neurological, orthopedic, developmental, and other functional conditions.
- Recommend and train patients to use assistive devices and adaptive equipment when required.
- Educate patients and caregivers about treatment plans, home exercises, and strategies to improve independence.
- Monitor and document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and functional status; modify plans as progress and clinical needs require.
- Coordinate with physicians, physiotherapists, speech therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in line with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure treatment is safe and follows professional standards; follow infection control, health and safety, and facility policies.
- Participate in case discussions, staff meetings, training, and continuing professional development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 2 years of UAE healthcare experience required.
- Arabic required.
- DOH license required.
Pay
- Pay is stated as from AED 1 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
