The company seeks an experienced, proactive Public Relations Officer to manage government relations, visa processing, corporate licensing, and official documentation across its entities.
The role supports operational compliance with UAE government portals and employment laws.
Responsibilities
- Process work permits, entry permits, visa renewals, cancellations, and status adjustments through MOHRE, GDRFA, and ICP platforms.
- Handle trade license renewals, commercial registrations, Ejari tenancy contracts, and brand registrations.
- Maintain UAE Labour Law knowledge and support compliance of HR, immigration, and employment practices.
- Coordinate medical fitness tests, Emirates ID typing and fingerprinting, and personnel document attestation.
- Liaise with MOHRE, Tasheel, Amer, GDRFA, DED, Dubai Municipality, and other official entities as the company representative.
- Track expiry dates for visas, licenses, permits, and legal registrations to prevent late renewals, fines, or penalties.
Requirements and qualifications
- At least 3 years of hands-on UAE PRO experience.
- Strong working knowledge of MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, and UAE Labour Law.
- Hands-on experience with UAE government portals, e-Dirham systems, and smart applications.
- Fluency in English and “Aric,” written and spoken, is preferred in the source.
- A valid UAE driving license is listed as a requirement; the posting’s license section also marks it preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500–4,500 per month.
