Position summary
Serve as a client-focused point of contact, provide service, conduct in-person consultations, present options, and guide clients through their requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Meet clients in person to explain services, answer inquiries, and address specific requirements.
- Manage phone and written communications with prompt, clear, professional information.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, using negotiation skills to close deals.
- Travel to property sites, client meetings, or related locations as business requires.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support customer satisfaction.
Requirements and capabilities
- Fluent written and spoken English is required.
- Strong customer service orientation is expected.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are sought.
- Additional languages are highly advantageous.
- Experience in real estate, leasing, property management, hospitality, or client service is advantageous.
- One year of customer relationship management experience is preferred.
Benefits
- Annual paid leave is provided as per UAE Labor Law, in addition to public holidays.
- The company provides an employment visa.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,500–3,500 per month.
Work arrangement
- Work is in person; travel to client meetings and property sites is required as business operations demand.
