The Barista will contribute to a premier entity and help elevate its daily coffee experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty espresso beverages, manual brews (V60, Aeropress, Chemex), and signature cold drinks to brand standards.
- Provide fast, friendly customer service and tailored recommendations.
- Operate and maintain commercial coffee equipment; dial in grinders, monitor extraction, and clean equipment daily.
- Maintain counter cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in compliance with UAE food safety regulations.
- Manage coffee, dairy, syrup, and packaging stock and report shortages to management.
Requirements and skills
- At least 1–2 years of Barista experience.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong understanding of coffee extraction, espresso calibration, milk texturing, and basic latte art.
- Specialty coffee experience or latte art skills are strongly preferred.
- Multitasking ability, a positive attitude under pressure, and a passion for customer service.
- Currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately or on short notice.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500–3,500 per month.
