The Civil Foreman supervises daily civil construction, masonry, finishing, and site maintenance activities.
The role manages site labor, monitors progress against civil drawings, and maintains workplace safety and work quality.
Site supervision and execution
- Direct concrete pouring, blockwork, plastering, tiling, waterproofing, and structural repairs.
- Assign work to masons, steel fixers, carpenters, and general laborers.
- Read structural and architectural drawings and site plans to guide execution.
Quality, safety, and resources
- Inspect completed work against specifications and quality requirements; enforce HSE rules and PPE use.
- Report structural issues, hazards, and defects to the Site Engineer.
- Estimate material needs, coordinate stock requests, monitor usage, and maintain tools and equipment.
Reporting and coordination
- Track labor attendance, completed work, and incoming material receipts.
- Coordinate with MEP teams and submit daily progress updates to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
Qualifications and experience
- High school diploma, technical diploma, or ITI trade certificate in civil construction; a separate education line identifies a diploma as preferred.
- At least 2 years of civil construction supervision experience or experience as a lead mason or senior site worker.
- Ability to interpret basic civil and architectural blueprints; practical knowledge of concrete, masonry, steel fixing, and finishing.
- Basic site safety certification is advantageous.
Competencies
- Lead and guide site workers, handle minor site issues, communicate clearly in languages spoken on site, and complete daily targets.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000–5,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
