Position Summary
Serve as a client-focused Customer Relations & Leasing Specialist and main point of contact for clients.
Conduct in-person consultations, present options, and guide clients through their requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients in person to explain services, address inquiries, and handle requirements.
- Manage phone and written communications with prompt, clear, professional information.
- Prepare and deliver prospective-client presentations and negotiate to close deals.
- Travel to property sites, client meetings, and related locations as required.
- Build long-term client relationships and support customer satisfaction.
Communication
- Strong customer service orientation and fluent written and spoken English.
Preferred Experience & Capabilities
- Additional-language fluency is highly advantageous.
- Experience in real estate, leasing, property management, hospitality, or client service is preferred.
- Professional client handling, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are sought.
- A UAE driving license and willingness to travel are required for at least one selected candidate.
- One year of customer relationship management experience is preferred.

Pay
- AED 2,500–3,500 per month.
Work Location
