Full-time Property Consultant role with Infinity Developments in Dubai, UAE.
The consultant identifies property sale, rental, and investment opportunities and builds client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and promote residential and commercial properties for sale and rent.
- Understand client needs and budgets, recommend properties, and conduct viewings and consultations.
- Build relationships with clients, landlords, developers, and investors; negotiate offers and transaction terms.
- Manage inquiries and follow up on leads through successful transactions.
- Prepare listings, marketing materials, offers, and proposals; maintain client, listing, and sales records in CRM.
- Monitor Dubai market developments and investment opportunities; guide clients through negotiations, documentation, and closing.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties, meet sales and leasing targets, and follow applicable regulations and company policies.
Qualifications and requirements
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.
- Real estate sales or leasing experience is preferred; strong sales experience in another industry may also be considered.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, interpersonal, customer service, and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of Dubai's property market is an advantage; familiarity with property portals, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms is requested.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple leads, and achieve targets; positive attitude and self-motivation.
- A valid UAE driving licence and access to a car are advantageous.
- RERA certification is preferred; candidates should meet applicable licensing requirements.
