Lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence in Dubai’s competitive real estate sector.
The employer seeks real estate sales experience, leadership capability, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to execute sales strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate sales consultants to achieve individual and company targets; recruit, train, coach, and mentor team members.
- Develop sales strategies; monitor performance, pipelines, conversion rates, and monthly targets.
- Build relationships with clients, investors, developers, and business partners; oversee negotiations, presentations, viewings, and closings.
- Identify business opportunities and expand the client base; monitor Dubai market trends, competitors, and investment opportunities.
- Prepare reports and forecasts for senior management; ensure compliance with company policies, UAE real estate regulations, and applicable RERA requirements.
Requirements and qualifications
- Proven real estate sales experience, preferably in a sales leadership or managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai property, including off-plan and secondary market transactions.
- Ability to lead and manage a high-performing sales team; strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Business development, networking, client relationship management, and target-focused commercial skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant UAE real estate experience and RERA credentials, where applicable.
