Support the finance department with daily financial transactions, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.
Finance administration duties
- Assist with daily finance and accounting administrative activities.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable; process and record payments, receipts, and expenses.
- Maintain financial records and accounting databases; assist with bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
- Follow up on pending invoices, payments, and supporting documents.
- Prepare expense summaries and basic financial reports.
- Coordinate financial documentation with internal departments, suppliers, and clients.
- File financial records for audit and reference and provide administrative support to the finance team.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Finance administration or similar experience is preferred; construction or contracting industry experience is an advantage.
Skills and competencies
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and accounting software.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.
- Handle confidential financial information responsibly and multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively within a team.
