Infinity Developments is hiring a Materials Engineer / FFE-OSE Specialist in Dubai, UAE.

Key responsibilities
- Review material submittals, technical datasheets, samples, and specifications.
- Prepare and review FFE/OSE schedules, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Check proposed materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment against project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
- Review samples, finishes, technical compliance, and supplier proposals.
- Assist with material selection, procurement coordination, budget tracking, and delivery schedules.
- Review technical submissions, material certificates, and relevant compliance documents.
- Maintain approval records and coordinate timely submissions and implementation with project teams.
Qualifications and skills
- Degree or diploma in Materials Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in construction materials, FFE/OSE coordination, interior design, or procurement.
- Knowledge of construction materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, equipment, and technical specifications.
- Ability to review technical documents and prepare schedules and material submittals.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and relevant documentation or design software.
- Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
