Infinity Developments is hiring a Receivables Accountant in Dubai, UAE.
The role is full-time and focuses on accounts receivable and customer accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable transactions and customer accounts.
- Prepare and issue invoices, statements of accounts, and payment reminders.
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with clients on overdue payments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare accounts receivable aging reports and collection reports.
- Coordinate with sales, project, and finance teams regarding billing and collections.
- Record receipts and ensure timely posting of customer payments.
- Assist with monthly closing and other accounting duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role.
- Construction industry experience is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
