Sales and client development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for construction dewatering services.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project stakeholders.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and tenders and support client negotiations; maintain a sales pipeline and meet assigned targets.
Technical project support
- Visit sites and assess groundwater conditions and project dewatering requirements.
- Recommend suitable dewatering systems and technical solutions based on project conditions.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for project handover.
Market development
- Monitor upcoming construction projects and market opportunities.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and developments in the dewatering industry.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years in technical sales, business development, or project sales within construction dewatering or a related construction services industry.
- Strong knowledge of dewatering systems, groundwater control, and construction site requirements.
Preferred qualifications and skills
- UAE/GCC experience working with contractors, consultants, and developers is preferred.
- A UAE driving license is preferred.
- Strong technical, commercial, negotiation, and communication skills.
