A ready-mix concrete company in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor or HR Manager to oversee HR operations and workforce management.
HR operations and workforce management
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Handle grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Support manpower planning with department heads and supervise HR team members.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in ready-mix concrete, construction, or industrial sectors is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices, and experience with diverse operational and blue-collar workforces.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
Work location
- Work is in person in Dubai.
Pay
- Pay is AED 10,000–12,000 per month.
