Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering 380kV BSP projects in compliance with SEC requirements, project timelines, quality, safety, and budget.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project execution from mobilization through energization and handover.
- Manage schedules, costs, resources, manpower, and materials; monitor progress and milestones.
- Coordinate with SEC, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Lead engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions; ensure SEC/NG-SEC, quality, and HSE compliance.
- Manage commercial matters, variations, claims, and cost optimization.
- Drive stakeholder and client relationships; ensure timely completion, documentation, and handover.
Experience and competencies
- Experience in EPC substation projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong track record delivering substation civil works safely, within budget, and on schedule.
- Knowledge of substation construction practices, quality and safety management, stakeholder management, planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and challenging environment.
Preferred qualifications and availability
- SEC-approved Project Manager status is preferred.
- Exposure to SEC, National Grid SA, or major utility projects is advantageous.
- Immediate availability and transferable iqama are advantageous.
