Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering 380kV BSP projects in compliance with SEC requirements, timelines, quality, safety, and budget.
Key responsibilities
- Lead delivery from mobilization through energization and handover.
- Manage project schedule, cost, resources, manpower, and materials.
- Coordinate with SEC, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor progress and project milestones.
- Lead engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure SEC/NG-SEC, quality, and HSE compliance.
- Manage commercial matters, variations, claims, and cost optimization.
- Drive stakeholder relationships and complete project documentation and handover on time.
Experience and preferences
- Experience in EPC substation projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong record delivering substation civil works safely, within budget, and on schedule.
- SEC-approved Project Manager status is preferred.
- Exposure to SEC, National Grid SA, or major utility projects is advantageous.
- Immediate availability and transferable iqama are advantageous.
