Project Manager responsible for planning, execution and successful delivery of 380kV BSP projects.
Projects must meet SEC requirements, timelines, quality, safety and budget objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project execution from mobilization through energization and handover.
- Manage schedules, costs, resources, manpower and materials; monitor progress and milestones.
- Coordinate with SEC, consultants, clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
- Lead engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning.
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions; ensure SEC/NG-SEC, quality and HSE compliance.
- Manage variations, claims and cost optimization; maintain client relationships.
- Complete project documentation and handover on time.
Experience and qualifications
- EPC substation project experience in Saudi Arabia is required.
- Exposure to SEC, National Grid SA or major utility projects is noted.
- A strong record of safe, on-budget, on-schedule substation civil works delivery is required.
- Knowledge of substation construction, quality and safety management, stakeholder management, planning, scheduling and execution is required.
- SEC-approved Project Manager status is preferred.
- Immediate availability and transferable iqama are advantageous.
