Role overview
Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering EHV TL projects in compliance with SEC requirements, project timelines, quality, safety, and budget.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project execution from mobilization to energization and handover.
- Manage schedule, cost, resources, manpower, and materials.
- Coordinate with SEC, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and milestones.
- Lead engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure SEC/NG-SEC, quality, and HSE compliance.
- Manage commercial matters, variations, claims, and cost optimization.
- Maintain stakeholder and client relationships.
- Complete project documentation and final handover on time.
Experience and competencies
- Experience in EPC 380kV TL projects within Saudi Arabia.
- SEC-approved Project Manager preferred.
- Exposure to SEC, National Grid SA, or major utility projects is preferred.
- Track record delivering substation civil works safely, within budget, and on schedule.
- Knowledge of EHV TL construction practices, quality and safety management, stakeholder management, planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and challenging environment.
- Immediate availability and transferable iqama are listed as added advantages.
