Project Manager - Fit Out

Role overview

Project delivery responsibilities

• Lead multiple fit-out projects from inception to completion; plan, coordinate, and monitor activities, schedules, and resources.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients; coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, commercial, and site teams.
• Deliver work according to approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements; coordinate architectural, interior, MEP, and other fit-out works.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, variations, and performance; review drawings, specifications, material submittals, method statements, and documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and progress meetings; resolve technical, commercial, and site issues.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards, HSE requirements, and company procedures.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure timely handover, snagging, testing, commissioning, and project close-out.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least five years of UAE experience in fit-out or interior construction; UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, or luxury fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, site execution, project documentation, and contract requirements.
• Strong project planning, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and regulations.

Pay

• AED 10,000–10,001 per month.
