Commercial Manager overseeing commercial, contractual, and financial aspects of fit-out and renovation projects.
The role focuses on protecting commercial interests, managing contracts and costs, supporting profitability, and producing accurate commercial reports.

Key responsibilities
- Manage contracts and commercial activities from tender through project completion.
- Review and administer main contracts, subcontract agreements, and purchase orders.
- Manage project costs, budgets, cash flow, and profitability.
- Prepare and manage variations, claims, valuations, and final accounts.
- Review and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations and agreements.
- Monitor costs and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
- Prepare monthly commercial reports for management.
- Coordinate with project management, QS, procurement, estimation, and finance teams.
- Ensure contractual documentation and compliance with project requirements.
Qualifications and experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is mandatory.
- At least five years of UAE experience in fit-out, interior contracting, renovation, or construction contract and commercial management is mandatory.
- The posting separately specifies five years of commercial construction experience as required.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of contracts, variations, claims, valuations, cost control, and final accounts.
- Experience managing subcontractors and suppliers.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and commercial-management skills.
- Good knowledge of UAE construction and fit-out practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 10,000 per month.
