The employer seeks an experienced HR professional to manage HR operations in a fast-paced environment in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations in compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies.
- Handle recruitment from job posting and screening through interviews and onboarding.
- Prepare and maintain employee contracts, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate visa processing, renewals, and other government-related formalities.
- Support payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance records.
- Address employee relations matters and respond professionally to HR-related queries.
- Assist management with HR reports and administrative support as required.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of HR experience in Dubai or the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE HR procedures, labor law, and compliance.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Pay
- Starting pay is AED 4,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person in Dubai.
