THE CODE DESIGN AND FIT-OUT is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage HR operations in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations in compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies.
- Handle recruitment from job postings and screening through interviews and onboarding.
- Prepare and maintain employee contracts, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate visa processing, renewals, and other government-related formalities.
- Support payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance records.
- Address employee relations matters and respond to HR queries professionally.
- Assist management with HR reports and administrative support.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of HR experience in Dubai or the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE HR procedures, labor law, and compliance.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 6,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
